These criteria include various measurements of personal qualification, industry experience, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and teamwork. By using a standardized evaluation process, our firm is able to guarantee a certain level of excellence in our selection of candidates which is both measurable and repeatable. Furthermore, since each successful candidate will complete several rounds of interviews before being hired to our firm, we can ensure that we have adequate opportunity to explore the candidate’s qualifications before making a final selection.
Additionally, to ensure the continued success of our consultants while working on client engagements, the firm initiates annual performance evaluations. These evaluations are designed to measure whether a consultant is meeting his or her client’s expectations and is progressing based on the objectives outlined within the firm’s performance guidelines. The evaluations determine eligibility for promotion, which motivates our consultants to excel in their respective roles; but more importantly to our clients, our evaluation process promotes quality in the service that we deliver to them.
Consultants at Constratus have access to a team of experienced professionals. Accordingly, when a client hires a consultant at Constratus, that client is also hiring the Constratus network. If for any reason our clients have an issue with an engagement that requires escalation, they should feel comfortable addressing the issue directly with the engagement manager responsible for that project.
