LTE Consumer Data Strategy

Client Situation / Objective
  • Our client wanted to conduct an assessment of the rollout of its LTE service, and analyze the impact on its consumer product portfolio and product roadmap from a network, device and application perspective.
Constratus Approach and Objectives
  • Perform a portfolio assessment to determine specific projects to align with the client’s product goals and core competencies.
  • Define the new consumer LTE product portfolio and strategy based on the LTE assessment.
  • Leverage new technologies and features and maintain existing functionalities in the new network.
  • Select and support LTE development projects from the client’s portfolio on which to implement the new service.
Results
  • Several use-case documents, device requirements, and product design specifications were developed for existing products and projects to be modified to take advantage of LTE.
  • Three products were chosen by executive management to be implemented.
