Client Situation / Objective

• Our client had been offering a software solution on select mobile phones and wanted to sunset the service for commercial reasons, with an impact that would be felt across a user base of 6 million customers.

• Lead the product management effort to sun-set the existing service, while coordinating with the portal vendor, as well as the client’s IT, network and engineering teams.
• Prepare the client’s customer care team to address potential customer issues.
