Private Network – LTE Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution

Client Situation / Objective
  • Our client wanted to ensure that marketing and training materials were available at launch of private network with LTE service.
Constratus Approach and Objectives
  • Develop relevant customer use cases to determine how best to support customers with go-to-market materials.
  • Co-lead go-to-market cross-functional team in delivering marketing collateral, communications (both internal and external), and training materials associated with a major launch.
  • Provide source content to team by editing existing content and create new content related to the new functionality/features being launched.
Results
  • Delivered new data sheets and customer presentation, new training presentation (webinar), consolidation of training reference guides with overhaul of content, provided structure and positioning within the customer care and business websites for relevant project topics and materials, updated white paper content.
