Yearly Reporting for Client Billing Management Program
Client Situation / Objective
- Our client wanted to reconcile audit reports and correct any errors found for each business software alliance partner since beginning participation in the billing management program.
Constratus Approach and Objectives
- Lead user design requirements gathering for: reporting development, project coordination and user acceptance testing.
- Create metric reporting for all projects on a program management level, including: IT release dates, committed launch date, revenue, marketing top 5 initiatives, top 50 projects by gate and threshold, etc.
- Perform analysis and propose actions to correct any errors found.
Results
- Each business software alliance partner account was successfully reconciled and all errors corrected.
